How to get rid of dark circles under your eyes

It is very disgusting if entire face looks good except eyes. There are plenty of reasons for getting dark circles under eyes. But let’s focus on remedies. Here I would like to share what I have tried for this and how I got benefitted. Hope this will help you too from get rid of dark circles .

1. Raw Milk

The lactic acid that is presented in milk helps in removing dark circles. Take 3 tea spoons of raw milk in a bowl and dip cotton bags in it. Put this in fridge for half an hour. Now put those dipped cotton bags on your eyes and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash it off with the combination of lukewarm water and mild soap. You will see the result in 1 week. Do this until dark circles are removed completely under eyes.

2. Tomato

The licopin in Tomato helps in keeping skin fresh. Take 3 tea spoons of tomato juice and 1 tea spoon of lemon juice. Mix it well and apply over the eyes. Wash it off after 10 minutes. For better results do this daily twice for 1 week. You will observe dark color under eyes decoding slowly.

3. Mint leaves

Take a grip full of mint leaves and make a paste of it by adding some water. Apply this paste over the eyes very gently and wash it of once it gets dried.

4. Badam/Almond

Soak 4 Badam seeds in raw milk during night. In the morning, make a paste and apply it over the eyes.Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it off with cool water. Badam is rich in vitamin E. It has the capability to enhance the skin color.

In addition to above tips, try to follow these for quick results:

1. Avoid high usage of smart phones. Night times don’t look at your phone. The light that ejects from the phone has high impact on eyes.

2. Have 6 to 8 hrs of sleep. If there is sleeping disorder, immediately consult doctor or try to change the time schedule. Improper sleep not only impacts eyes but also brings several health issues.

3. Drink 2 litres of water daily. Of course, the benefits of drinking water are self-explanatory.

4. Maintain good food diet.

5. Do any exercise to relief from stress. Stress is one of the biggest health hazards and its mandatory to control it.
