In a survey, it is revealed that in terms of freedom given to the press and media, North Korea stands on the 180th position with least freedom given to their press and South Korea bagged 63rd position.

If you want to use internet on your device in North Korea, then you need to take permission. Usually, only wealthy and powerful people qualify. Even if you get permission, only 28 websites qualify and all the social networking sites are not included in the list.
But in South Korea, you can use the fastest average Internet connection anywhere in the world which is 28 megabits per second. Because of the less population, they offer cheaper process to avail fast internet.
