Tap Portugal is one of the Airlines in the world that please the travelers in every possible way. However, the overall rating of the airline is 6.40/10 which made it the thirteenth worst airline in the world.
12. Jet2.com — 6.37/10
If we talk about the time performance, the British Airline scored 85% but the claim processing turns out to be poor for the airline.
11. Thai Airways — 6.36/10
The quality of service of Thai Airways was appreciated and it scored 8 points in this field, However, the on-time performance of Thai Airways is comparatively lower.
10. Jet Airways —6.20/10
Jet Airways is on the tenth spot in the list of Worst airlines in the world. The Indian carrier has scored 65% for on-time performance. Moreover, it scored a 7 for the quality of service, 5.62 points for claim processing.
