A frightening video of a violent altercation between a family and restaurant employees in Noida Mall is now going viral online. Furthermore, in the viral video, a sizable group of individuals are seen having a heated conversation, which is swiftly followed by a violent altercation in which the two groups can be seen striking one other. What Set Off The Conflict In Noida Mall?
The restaurant in the video, Float by Duty Free, is situated in Sector 75 of Noida’s Spectrum Mall. According to the allegations, one of the family members asked the restaurant staff to remove service charges from their bills. And that reportedly led to an altercation between the family members and the staff. The employees, however, refused to do so, which led to a violent altercation between the two groups.

She added, “We asked them to remove the service charge but they were adamant not to remove it and start abusing my brother and assaulting me. Post that your staff started beating my brother, me my mother, and Maasi. 30 people started beating my family and grabbing my brother by the neck and trying to strangle him.”

When asked about the event, Nodia’s DCP Harish Chander gave a statement. Moreover, in the statement, he acknowledged that the fight was about some service charges the restaurant had assessed against the family.
“Complaints from both sides have been registered, and we are currently trying to identify the culprits on the basis of the footage,” he continued.
