During 1997-1998, Goldberg was working with WCW. In this period he has an undefeated streak in singles competitions. His official streak count was of 173 – 0. Isn’t it HUGE? The streak lasted till December 1998, when it was ended at Starrcade ’98 by Kevin Nash with an outside interference from Scott Hall who’d disguised himself as a security guard and tazed Goldberg behind the referee’s back
2. Professional Football Player
Most of you don’t know that before joining wrestling, Goldberg was a professional footballer. Goldberg has addressed the United States Congress in the past to raise awareness on the issue of illegal animal fighting.
5. Goldberg Is Vegetarian
Yes, you read it right. Goldberg is Vegetarian. He has never taken Non-Veg in his entire life. No one can think about this after looking at his muscular body. But its true. Goldberg’s food habits stem from his love of animals. He has also shared some of his soy recipes in a PETA celebrity cookbook. He has shown us that it doesn’t take a meat diet to stay muscular and fit.
6. Pinned Only 5 Times In His Entire Career

So when Goldberg will return this week on Raw, it will be great to watch. It is almost sure that he will fight with ‘Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar’ at Survivor Series, who is the most dominant wrestler currently in the industry whose last loss came against Triple H at Wrestlemania XXIX. Since then he is undefeated and unpinned in singles matches and Brock Lesnar is the one who ended the Undertaker’s streak of Wrestlemania to 21-1 at Wrestlemania XXX. The last match of Goldberg with WWE was way back at Wrestlemania XX where he defeated Brock Lesnar with Stone Cold Steve Austin as a special guest referee.
