The principal of SD Adarsh Vidyalaya, Sector 47, Gurugram reportedly turned away the candidate when they arrived at the gate at nine in the morning. The candidate’s mother then passed out, and her father started crying in agony. Social media users have been responding in different ways to a video that captures this moment, which has been making the rounds on the Internet.

Strong-Hearted UPSC Aspirant

Among the chaos, the UPSC aspirant was strong enough to calm down and support her parents. Further, she is heard saying, “Papa, please have water and calm down. Why are you behaving like this? I will appear for the exam next year. It’s not a big deal.”

Additionally, the grief-stricken parents are heartbroken. The father cries, “Ek saal gaya baabu hamara (A year has been wasted).” The strong girl assures her father that she’ll ace the exam the next time and they don’t need to be disheartened because of a mere exam.
