After the celebrations, the team along with BCCI Secretary Jay Shah and President Roger Binny left ITC Maurya to meet the honorable PM. One of the iconic moments for the team was to receive felicitation by the PM of India. The Indian squad then drove to the Wankhede Stadium from Nariman Point in a bus parade.

A huge crowd of fans covered the area near Marine Drive in the wait of their beloved champions. Feeling nostalgic? When Team India, captained by MS Dhoni, won the first-ever T20 World Cup in 2007, the team also paraded through Mumbai in triumph. Huge crowds came to welcome the players.
After the arrival of the Indian cricket team, the parade began in the best way possible. Rohit Sharma thanked the crowd and Pandya raised the silver trophy high in the air.
