Prithvi was rescued by the police department of Jaipur from Uttar Pradesh. He was found 14 months after his kidnapping. The unexpected scene took place at a local police station in Jaipur. The child, Prithvi, appeared visibly distressed. He even refused to let go of his kidnapper. This video of the incident went viral on social media platforms.
Through viral video, it was clear that instead of coming back to his mother, the child was with the kidnapper. Prithvi had spent a lot of time with the kidnapper. Before handing over the child, Jaipur police allowed the child and his kidnapper to meet for the last time. Even the kidnapper seemed emotional. The police carried him to hand over to his mother from the room where the kidnapper was present. The child started crying uncontrollably. Who Is Tanuj Chahar? A Man Who Kidnapped A Toddler
Tanuj Chahar was a suspended head constable in the Uttar Pradesh Police. On June 14, 2023, Tanuj Chahar, along with four or five other conspirators, kidnapped the 11-month-old child Prithvi, also known as Kuku. He was kidnapped from his home in the Sanganer Sadar area of Jaipur.
Emotions Poured At Police Station
For 14 months, Jaipur police had put in all their blood, sweat, and research to find the kidnapper. Finally, the kidnapper was caught, and the kid was found. They handed Prithvi, the child was 11 months old, to his biological mother. The police mentioned that the case was registered in June 2023. The kidnapper is known to be a relative of the kid’s mother. But when they handed over the child to his mom, they witnessed a strange scene. The scene seemed too dramatic to believe in. So, here comes the twist in the story.
Kidnapper Is Claimed To Be Biological Father Of A Toddler
Tanuj Chahar, the kidnapper, claimed to be Prithvi’s biological father at the police station. That is why he made a dozen requests to his mother to stay with him. But she refused beforehand. The suspended head constable also accepted that he fell in love with his paternal aunt’s daughter (Prithvi’s mother). He wanted to live with her. At that time the Khaap Panchayat was called to dissolve the matter.
Afterward, the girl was married to another man in Jaipur. Tanuj Chahar also mentioned that he was madly in love with her. He even left his government job. As per him, he even got terminated while sauntering on the streets of Jaipur just to find his lady love. He somehow came into contact with the lady’s husband. He started visiting their home, where their ‘love bloomed.’
The woman got pregnant with Tanuj Chahar. As per his claim, Prithvi is their child. He even requested a DNA test for more proof. He insisted and begged the lady to stay with him after Prithvi was born. But she denied it, and that’s why he kidnapped the kid in June 2023. The emotional video had a Bollywood movie twist in the story.
