BMW in India has launched yet another limited edition based on the existing lineup of vehicles. They have come with the signature edition X7 which will now locally be produced at BMW Chennai plant. BMW, the SUV will be available only in the petrol xdrive40i variant. The price will be 1.33 crore.
BMW X7 Signature Edition
People who love BMW now can go with the BMW X7 signature edition. The car gets what BMW calls crystal headlamps and Swarovski glass cut crystals in the front creating a unique light effect. You can also get to choose from some unique paint options for the X7 edition. It is the standard package of this luxurious car which means it will be great for the driver. The experience for the driver will be amazing because of the curved main display and driver-oriented cockpit.
New Ambient Lights
The new ambient light bar extends from the center stack to the passenger side. The most interesting edition that I found in BMW is that it offers an ambient ear package that includes over 15000 individual light points. These can be altered via the ambient light setting to create a new pattern of lights. The X7 also gets all over all the aesthetic appeal.

Now let’s talk about the unique features of the BMW X7 signature series. The standard feature is the floating BMW display with a seamless integration into the cockpit. Other highlights include a leather-wrapped instrument panel in the end lighting in 14 colors and crystal accents.
We all love the sunroof, isn’t it? The sky launched a panoramic sunroof as special space and light while rare passengers enjoy leather Marino captain seats, Alcantara cushions, and a Harman Kardon sound system. The split tailgate offers hands-free operation with a specious wood capacity of up to 2120 liters.
BMW X7 Signature Edition Engine
So what BMW has come up with in its new edition? The 3.0 liter 6 cylinder inline petrol engine remains the same for this addition as well. It makes 381 BHP and 520 NM of torque between 1800 RPM and 5000 RPM the SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100K and PH in 5.8 seconds. Coming to the engine features of the BMW latest launch it is a 48V electric motor with a power output of 12 BHP and torque output of 200 NM, which helps achieve more efficiency. You can check out this unique model in two variants that is Tanzanite Blue and Dravid Grey.
