11. Vin Diesel
Still going by his real name of Mark Sinclair at the time, this yearbook photo shows Diesel in high school in 1985. Diesel was interested in creative writing at the time, and that’s what he went on to study in college until a screenwriting class sparked an interest in acting.
12. Bill Cosby
Before his comedy took off, Cosby was a fullback for the Temple Owls in 1961. He won a scholarship to Temple University for running track, which he did in addition to football.

Meryl Streep has won many titles and awards, but her first win was the seat of freshman class treasurer at her high school. Streep acted in plays throughout high school but was never serious about acting until acting in the play “Miss Julie” at Vassar.
