The list of the world’s most powerful passports for 2022 was just published by Henley. The top three spots on the list were the three Asian countries: Japan, Singapore, and South Korea. The pre-pandemic standings consisted of European countries at the top. It is now turned around. On the list of the most valuable and powerful passports in the world in 2022, India comes in at number 87. It was according to Henley & Partners’ most recent Henley Passport Index.

10. Poland, Lithuania, And Slovakia
If you have a passport from Poland, Lithuania, or Slovakia, you can visit 182 nations without a visa. A passport from here takes the tenth spot on the list of most powerful passports.
9. Hungary
For overseas travel, Hungarian nationals also have passports. It is by the Ministry of the Interior of Hungary’s Central Data Processing, Registration, and Election Office. Every person who lives in Hungary is also a member of the European Union. Hence, Hungary passport holders can visit 183 destinations. Therefore, it stands at number nine on the list.
8. Malta, Greece, Czechia, Canada, And Australia
Passport holders from these five places can travel to 185 destinations. Because of this, it has been eighth on the list released by Henley Passport Index. The Maltese passport is for citizens of the Republic of Malta. Additionally, Australian citizens have permission to hold passports from other countries.
7. Norway, New Zealand, Belgium, And The USA
The passport issued to Norwegian citizens is Norwegian. At the same time, citizens of New Zealand can obtain a passport from The Department of Internal Affairs. A Belgian passport is a kind of identification given to its citizens. United States passports are for citizens and nationals of the United States of America. Also, they are only distributed by the US Department of State. Hence, passport holders from these countries can travel to 186 destinations.
6. The United Kingdom, Portugal, Ireland, And France
A British passport is a form of identification provided by the UK to those with any form of British nationality. Whereas, to travel abroad, Portugal issues passports to its people. Also, the passport provided to Irish nationals is Irish. A French passport is an identity document given to French citizens. Hence, these nations’ passport holders have access to 187 destinations.
