Dubai has opened the World’s deepest swimming pool. The pool is 60 meters deep, called Deep Dive Dubai. Deep Dive Dubai is 60.02 meters deep. It holds 14 million liters of water. Deep Dive Dubai has 56 cameras installed to capture every angle possible. They have also added sound and mood lighting systems for a better experience. It is shaped like an oyster and is a tribute to the UAE’s heritage, covering an area of 1,500sqm.
The deepest swimming pool is located in Nad Al Sheba; It is a 25-minute distance from Dubai International Airport. Deep Dive Dubai also has a sunken city inside. It gives you a breathtaking and astonishing view of the city inside the water. Dubai’s Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum shared a video of the world’s deepest pool on his Instagram on July 7. In the post, along with the video he wrote,
“An entire world awaits you at @deepdivedubai the world’s deepest pool, with a depth of 60 meters (196 feet) #Dubai.”
Guinness World Records also shared the video of Deep Dive Dubai and praised the amazing and record-breaking architecture. In the post, they wrote,
“Deepest swimming pool for diving: 60.02m (196 ft 10 in) by Deep Dive Dubai.”
Along with the post, they also commented,
The pool at @deepdivedubai in UAE officially opened this week. It’ll primarily be an indoor scuba diving facility for training and recreational purposes, with facilities for education and recreation
