Joginder, an employee at a Gurgaon based private Japanese firm, Mitsubishi, was fired on grounds of inappropriate behavior by HR head Dinesh Sharma. This incident is said to have taken place on Wednesday this week.

Infuriated with his termination, Joginder along with an accomplice opened fire on the human resource wing head. At around 9 am, when Dinesh Sharma was heading to the office in IMT, Manesar via car, the duo tried to intercept him on a motorcycle. Dinesh was at gunpoint. Instead of stopping like they expected, he accelerated instead. The pillion rider then opened fire with intent to kill.
Gurgaon Police PRO Ravinder Kumar states, “Two persons on a bike tried to intercept Binesh Sharma’s car at gunpoint. When he did not stop but accelerated instead, the pillion rider opened fire aiming to kill Mr. Sharma.”
Two Gunshot Injuries
The victim, Dinesh Sharma suffered two gunshot injuries, stated PRO Ravinder Kumar. Joginder managed to escape and flee the scene. “Some passersby called the police and Mr. Sharma was admitted to Rockland Hospital where he is said to be out of danger,” Mr. Kumar said.
It is alleged that Joginder had threatened Dinesh Sharma of dire consequences but the man paid no serious heed to them. The PRO states that Joginder will be arrested soon. He also mentions that they have registered a case under relevant sections against Joginder and his accomplice.
