6. Bats Are Boiling Alive
Flying fox bats are endangered species endemic in Australia. They are active pollinators and enrich the ecosystem with their service. Australia recorded very high temperatures during summers; recording upto 117 degrees Fahrenheit. Not acclimatised to such extreme conditions, the bats were found dead dropping from the sky.
