Pradeep Sharma, the uncle of the accused, stated that since Sagar lacked the funds for travel, nothing like this had ever occurred before. He referred to the whole thing as a conspiracy. “He has been pulled into it as per a conspiracy by someone who holds a big position,” Pradeep stated.
Manoranjan D, a Mysuru resident; Sagar Sharma, a Lucknow resident; Neelam, a Jind, Haryana resident; Amol Shinde, a Latur, Maharashtra resident; and Vikram, also known as Vicky Sharma, a Gurugram resident and native of Hisar, are the five defendants who have been detained thus far.

Sagar Sharma was active on Facebook by making two IDs. He was the one who invaded Parliament and caused a commotion by smoking a smoke can. He wrote on his Facebook page: “Mera sapna he meri dault hai mai itihas likhunga, aya hun Duniya me kuch kar ke marunga (My dream is my wealth, I will write history, I have come into this world, I will die after doing something.)”
According to the most recent information, Sharma used to share and comment on posts influenced by socialist ideology on social media under the alias Sagar Bharat. Through Facebook, he kept in touch with many people from Kolkata to Rajasthan and Haryana. But for the past few months, neither of his accounts has been active.
According to police, who cited IANS, an initial investigation shows that all six of the suspects have links through the “Bhagat Singh Fan Club page” on Facebook and Instagram. They informed the news agency that they thought the investigators were getting instructions from someone before and during the act.
A young person dove into the Lok Sabha’s well, yelling, “Kaala Kanoon Nahi Chalega, Tanasahi nahi chalegi.” Why did they hold onto the flare canister in the Lok Sabha house rather than throwing it, a source told IANS? Clearly, someone gave them the order to act in this way.”

“The four accused, who were detained both inside and outside the Parliament, gave Lalit Jha, a Bihar resident, their cell phones. Additionally, he was found outside the Parliament, and when his companions were apprehended, he ran away with the bag carrying the phones. It seems that he was also given instructions to leave with his phone by someone else,” the insider added, citing a news agency.
Lalit Jha is now evading capture, and a manhunt has been launched to find him. Furthermore disclosed was the fact that Manoranjan and Sharma were in the visitors’ gallery for about two hours despite just having a 45-minute visiting card. They went through the visitors’ gallery and into the Lok Sabha Hall.
Manoranjan, an engineering student from Karnataka, obtained a visitor’s pass with the help of Pratap Simha, the Mysuru BJP MP for Karnataka. Conversely, Neelam and Shinde were arrested by Delhi Police while they were using colored flares to protest outside Parliament.
According to a source who spoke to news agency PTI, Lalit produced the film showing Amol and Neelam letting out smoke from canisters outside the Parliament building. Still, the other six accused wanted to enter as well. Only two of the accused were granted permission. According to the police, Lalit uploaded the video on Instagram and retained the phones of Neelam, Amol, Sagar, and Manoranjan.
Comments On Vicky Sharma
Another accused person, Vicky Sharma, was allegedly a regular drunk, according to Sharma’s neighbor. Rakhi, Sharma’s wife, was taken into custody by the police from Sector 7, Housing Board Colony in Gurugram. Vijay Parmar, a member of the same society, reportedly informed reporters that the pair had been residing in the area for the previous fifteen years, according to IANS. He claimed that Sharma drank alcohol regularly.
“The couple used to live in the area with their daughter. On a few occasions, we witnessed the husband and wife fighting. Vicky Sharma’s employment status was unknown to us. He has even fought with neighbors in the past. According to IANS, he stated, “Our RWA also received several complaints against the couple.”
According to the article, the two reportedly departed their home on Wednesday at around eight in the morning.
Neelam’s Outburst
“No mobile phones have been found on the accused, and the police are looking for their phones.” Neelam, a late-30s native of Jind, Haryana, told police she was preparing for competitive exams. She completed her MA, B.Ed., M.Ed., CTET, M.Phil., and NET exams.
Neelam said to reporters as police were carrying her away, “The Indian government is oppressing us.” We get assaulted and imprisoned when we speak up for our rights, and we are the victims of excessive force. We are not affiliated with any group and are unemployed and students.”
“Our parents are laborers, farmers, and, in some cases, small-business owners. There’s an effort to silence our voices. Dictatorship is not going to work,” she continued, citing PTI.
Upset Over The Manipur Problem, Unemployment And Farmer’s Protest
Amol, one of the six accused, is a graduate living in Latur, Maharashtra, although he does not have a job. According to PTI, he was employed as a plumber’s assistant but subsequently left the position. He admitted paying about Rs 1,200 for at least five color-coded smoke canisters in Kalyan, Maharashtra. According to police officials, during questioning, Amol stated that the accused committed this act because they were disturbed by matters such as the farmers’ protest, the Manipur problem, and unemployment, PTI reported.
