The real evil, however, lies within the master minds of these inhuman practices. Their decision wreaked havoc on humanity and all that comes with it. 1. Maximilien Robespierre (1758-1794)

As one of the leading figures of the French Revolution, Maximilien Robespierre created a reign of terror that took place over a 10-month period where he carried out innumerable horrid executions.

 

2. Joseph Stalin (1878-1953)

To start with, he actually managed to starve an entire country (Ukraine). But as bad as that is, it falls far short of showcasing the level of badness this man was capable of. In classic dictator fashion, he had many of his closest friends and confidants executed. Total kill count: around 60 million.

 

3. Ivan the Terrible (1530-1584)

Ivan was the first Tsar of Russia. As a kid, he used to throw animals from the top of tall structures. Though he was intelligent, he had bouts of rage due to mental illness. During one, he even killed his own heir to the throne. He loved impaling, beheading, burning, strangling, frying, blinding and disembowelling people.

 

4. Pol Pot (1925-1998)
