Big Billion Days, Flipkart’s annual sale, has been active on the website since September 23. It has been drawing purchasers from all various groups, particularly those who buy electronics. This year, there is an even greater demand for the iPhone 13. This comes following the September 7 launch of the iPhone 14 series. It is mainly because the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 rarely differ from one another. However, several customers of Flipkart have expressed dissatisfaction over the online seller canceling their orders for the iPhone 13. It is happening without warning or justification.

Users of Flipkart have complained about order cancellations, particularly for orders of the iPhone 13. On social media, many people have expressed their shock. According to a statement from Flipkart, a small portion of orders have been canceled by merchants because of a few errors. iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 both use the same SoC. Additionally, minor changes in the aperture sizes have made their lenses practically identical. They share the same design and possibly use the same battery. The Apple iPhone 13 has a 6.1-inch display, an A15 Bionic processor, a 12MP front camera, and dual 12MP rear cameras.
As a result, demand for the Apple iPhone 13 basic model has skyrocketed. In Tier 2 and Tier 3 areas, it starts at 128GB. According to Flipkart, the sellers have successfully fulfilled about 70% of all iPhone purchases. These orders were mostly from across places such as Guntur, Gorakhpur, and Siliguri. The “anomalies” might be because of a lack of stock, among other reasons. It also claims that less than 3% of the orders are being canceled by vendors. It’s also because non-metro areas are where the majority of the orders come from. Flipkart has urged sellers to give customers’ orders priority.

The price range for the iPhone 13 during the current sale on Amazon and Flipkart is between 45,000 and 47,000. This is after taking into account exchange, bank offers, etc. While the new iPhone 14 costs 79,900 and has similar specifications. Flipkart customers are also unhappy with the retailer’s practice of raising the sale price of the smartphone from 50,000.
