In this tradition, peoples of Christianity have started burial of life partners together. The people pay a price and do advance booking of the graves. Many think that some of the wishes remain incomplete what they have dreamt earlier with their partners so burial of bodies together meant for them they are still together with each other. Some of the clergymen and supreme authorities of churches assume that the relation between men and women are forever and sacred which cannot be legally parted by anyone.

According to the sources, five couples have already been buried together in Padleganj of Gorakhpur. It is becoming a new trend there from last few years. In one of the cases, Anthony Simon died on 27 September 2012 but his wife has already got her grave reserved. Moreover, Sunil Hershel Mathew, a man who booked the grave told that his father also booked the grave.
