Can you eat five hamburgers in one minute? Or atleast your favorite dish in bulky?
In childhood, most of us used to bet for fun with classmates like who will finish lunch first. Some even play with their grand fathers like who will eat more.
But this seems to be a real play to set a new Guinness World Record.
In order to attempt a Guinness World Records title, a burger shop in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which is known locally for its competitive burger eating challenges, invited their ten best food gobblers.
Kelvin Medina and Ricardo Francisco were left in the competition for the title most hamburgers eaten in one minute after a tense round of knockouts.
A 24-year-old Francisco proved he was the hungriest for the record and managed to consume a record-breaking five 107-gram patties in 60 seconds.
In the first few minutes of video, you can see that the record for most hamburgers eaten in a minute was previously held by Peter Czerwinski who ate four hamburgers in a minute.
Now, Mr Francisco set a new record by eating five hamburgers in just one minute and also defeated Kelvin Medina who holds a record for finishing a 12 inch pizza in just 23.62 seconds.
The rules for the contest were simple. Participants were only allowed to eat one burger at a time. They could use one hand to hold the burger and the other to hold a glass of water. Additionally, participants could use only one condiment on the burgers.
