According to the most recent Kantar BrandZ Most Valuable Global Brands study, three Indian IT companies have risen to the top 100 of the world’s most valuable brands. These rankings are based on feedback from more than 4 million people who evaluated 21,000 brands. Displaying their customer satisfaction, best services, and other such factors, these companies proudly stand among the other valuable brands. Here’s the list:

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), which operates in 150 locations across 46 countries, has risen to 46th place on the list of the world’s 100 most valuable brands, with a brand value of $44.8 billion (about Rs 3 lakh crore). TCS is a member of the Tata Group. It was founded in 1968 and is based in Mumbai. It also is the 16th largest brand in the Business Technology and Services industry. The IT firm believes in making a difference through technology. The corporation earned consolidated revenues of US $29.1 billion in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, and is listed on the BSE and NSE in India.

The world’s second-largest mobile network operator, Airtel, is ranked 73rd. Airtel, founded in 1995, serves 18 countries and is based in New Delhi. It has a brand worth $25.3 billion (about Rs 2 lakh crore). Airtel is one of the leading telecom companies in India. It provides a wide range of integrated services. The Airtel brand has served as a crucial catalyst in India’s reforms, helping to fuel the country’s economic recovery.

Infosys ranks 74th, becoming the fourth Indian business to achieve US $100 billion in market valuation in 2021. It was founded in Pune in 1981 and is headquartered in Bengaluru. It employs over 2.5 lakh people and has a brand value of $24.7 billion (about Rs 2 lakh crore). Its purpose lies in amplifying human potential and creating opportunities for people, businesses, and communities.

With a brand value of $712.9 billion (about Rs 59 lakh crore), Microsoft stands in third place. With $576.6 billion (about Rs 48 lakh crore) in revenue, Amazon is ranked fourth and is currently in the lead in digital streaming. McDonald’s, a well-known fast-food company, comes in fifth position with a $221.9 billion (about Rs 18 lakh crore) brand value.
