Sometimes people have to struggle a lot to get the unemployment zone is just like a curse it hurts and breaks us mentally. So we have to be mentally tough in this phase. Recently, a Jobless man from Silicon Valley in America chose a different way to find a job. His name is David Casarez, and he is a web developer by profession. David got a management degree from the University of Texas. Moreover, he was fired from his previous job so he was finding a job in Silicon Valley.
The Jobless Man Was Offering Resume In Streets
Today I saw this young homeless man asking for people to take a resume rather than asking for money. If anyone in the Silicon Valley could help him out, that would be amazing. Please RT so we can help David out! pic.twitter.com/ewoE3PKFx7

Emailed him. He’ll be taken care of one way or another, probably doesn’t even need us. Anyone else with this much gumption and hustle please send my way. https://t.co/RnAiNd3pfr

People generally underestimate two things
1. How hard it is to get your foot in the door as an outsider. I lived in a car for months in Palo Alto with no prospects, connections or money to break into Silicon Valley
2. How wide doors are open once you’re on the inside and hustle

David worked with General Motors from 2014 to 2017 but he was fired from there. After that, he kept on offering his resume in the streets of Silicon Valley. After chronic failure, he refused to quit or go home. And, one a woman named Jasmine Scoffield saw him. It was quite weird to see a homeless man offering his resume instead of asking for money. She clicked his photo and shared it on twitter. She wrote, “Today I saw this young homeless man asking for people to take a resume rather than asking for money. If anyone in the Silicon Valley could help him out, that would be amazing. Please RT, so we can help David out!” After sometime #getdavidajob started trending on Twitter.
He Had To Struggle Hard
I just got off the phone with David. We spoke for about an hour. He came to the Silicon Valley with a dream to be successful in tech and has a lot to offer the community. He’s sleeping in parks & still trying to get freelance work, interviews, and applications in.
