She is a famous Pakistani Influencer with over 4 million followers on Instagram. She hails from Lahore, and her content features her husband, Zulqarnain Sikander, and daughter, Aizal Zulqarnain. The couple got married in 2021. Kanwal Aftab and Zulqarnain Sikander were blessed with a daughter in 2023.
