Krishan Kumar’s Daughter Tishaa Kumar Dies At The Age Of 20; Cause Of Death Revealed

Tishaa Kumar, the daughter of actor-producer Krishna Kumar and cousin of T-Series chairman Bhushan Kumar, passed away on July 18, 2024. The family issued a statement confirming her death after a lengthy struggle with sickness. Tishaa was battling with Cancer and was admitted to a German hospital where she breathed for the last time.

The daughter of Krishan Kumar, Tishaa Kumar died at a German hospital while receiving cancer treatment. She was reportedly 20 years old. T-Series confirmed the news and asked for privacy as the family mourned the death. It states, “Tishaa Kumar, daughter of Krishan Kumar, passed away yesterday after a prolonged battle with an illness. This is a difficult time for the family, and we kindly request that the family’s privacy is respected.” It also quoted a source who stated, “Tishaa was diagnosed with cancer and the family decided to take her to Germany for treatment. She passed away there on Thursday. It is a very sad time for the family.”

Tishaa was born on September 6, 2003, to Krishan and Tanya Singh. She made few public appearances. She frequently attended T-Series film screenings.  One of her final appearances in public was in November 2023, at the premiere of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Bobby Deol. She stood on the red carpet for cameras beside her father, Krishan.

Krishan is an actor and producer best known for his performance in the 1995 film Bewafa Sanam. He also co-owns T-Series with his nephew, Bhushan Kumar. His debut film was Lucky: No Time for Love. Krishan and Bhushan made many successful films like Ready, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Thappad, and Animal.
