How Did Heath Streak Die?

Heath Streak played 65 Tests and 189 One Day Internationals for Zimbabwe. He took a total of 455 wickets in his international career. He was also the first Zimbabwean to take 100 Test wickets and was the captain of the team from 2000 to 2004.
