The Indian Railways took another significant step to set up ten new Vande Bharat Express trains, marking their steps towards a more modernized railway by enhancing their infrastructure. Vande Bharat is famous for its well-structured infrastructure, technology, speed, and comfort.

10 New Vande Bharat Express Trains
Due to the high increase in population and crowd, the Indian Railways have decided to launch 10 new Vande Bharat Express trains. The busiest will be the Secundrabad-Pune route. More trains will be planned between Varanasi-Lucknow, Indore-Surat, Mumbai-Kolhapur, Mumbai-Jalna, Pune-Vadodara, Patna-Jalpaiguri, and Tatanagar-Varanasi sectors.
On February 15, 2019, the first Vande Bharat train was launched. It was initially named Train 18 and flagged off by the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi.
Almost 34 Vande Bharat Trains Are Running
And till now, almost 34 semi-high-speed Vande Bharat trains have been running on track. Apart from its high speed and time-efficient technology, it lets passengers emerge in the beauty of nature through its glass windows.
On August 15, the Prime Minister of India mentioned in his speech that 75 other Vande Bharat trains would be launched shortly.
First Vande Bharat Train
The New-Delhi-Kanpur-Allahabad-Varanasi route became the first-ever track to witness the first Express train and celebrate its fourth anniversary in 2023.
In 2019, two trains were launched in India. However, the pandemic has abruptly affected all things. Later, the trains were further upgraded and flagged off in 2022.
The launch of 10 new Vande Bharat Express trains will help many passengers and travelers.
