Phone (2) is made with recyclable materials, renewable energy, packaging, and durability in mind to be one of the greenest smartphones available.
In addition to the midframe’s 100% recycled aluminum, Nothing used over 90% recycled steel on all 28 steel stamping components, 100% recycled tin on 9 circuit boards, and 100% recycled copper foil on the main circuit board. Furthermore, 80% of the plastic components were obtained responsibly.
A noteworthy accomplishment given the overall performance improvement, 200 mAh more battery capacity, and 0.15″ larger screen than the Phone (1). Additionally, the packaging for Phone (2) is completely free of plastic, and 60% of the paper used is recycled. Progressive but high-end. Specifications
- It is confirmed that a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC will be used in the Nothing Phone 2’s second generation. Additionally, the business has stated that it will have a 6.7-inch full-HD+ display. The smartphone has a 4,700mAh battery.
- The Nothing Phone 2 will have up to 512GB of internal storage and up to 12GB of RAM. It will run Android 13-based NothingOS 2.0.
