Inside, he faced suffocation and breathing difficulties, prompting concerns about his well-being during the flight. In a handwritten note slipped through the door’s gap, the crew reassured the distressed traveler, advising him to secure himself in the confined space and await a SpiceJet engineer upon landing in Bengaluru. In the note, it was written,

Sir we tried out best to open the door. However, we could not open. Do not panic, we are landing in few minutes so please close the commode lid and sit on it and secure yourself as soon as the main door is open. Engineer will come. Do not panic.
