About The New Project
A statement was issued by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) on Sunday. Modi will also address vice-chancellors of universities, heads of institutes, and faculty members in workshops organized at Raj Bhawans across the country. This will symbolize the start of the initiative.
PMO’s Remarks
“The Prime Minister’s vision is to actively involve the country’s youth in formulating national plans, priorities, and goals. In line with this vision, the ‘Viksit Bharat @2047: Voice of Youth’ initiative will provide a platform for the youth of the country to contribute ideas to the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047. The workshops will be a key step towards initiating the process of engaging youth to share their ideas and suggestions for Viksit Bharat @2047.”
“In line with this vision, the ‘Viksit Bharat @2047: Voice of Youth’ initiative will provide a platform to the youth of the country to contribute ideas to the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.” It went on to say that the workshops would be crucial in getting young people to contribute their views and proposals for making India a developed country by 2047.
