The victims, Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshtha, both 24-year-old IT engineers from Madhya Pradesh, were getting back from a get-together when the speeding Porsche, supposedly going around 200 kmph, hit them from behind. The effect was deadly, killing both on the spot. Their grieving families have questioned the quick bail granted to the teen, considering it a “murder, not an accident”. The teenager and his friends had been drinking at a bar before the accident. The police have likewise arrested the bar authorities and staff for serving liquor to minors.
