Some actions can’t be taken back and India knows how to teach a lesson to its enemies. The incidents which happened after Pakistanis coward attack on India reveal that Indians won’t tolerate deceiving. Entire India was shocked with the attack on 40 CRPF jawans by the militant group, Jaish-e-Mohammed. However, the Pulwama incident has triggered a series of events which altered the dynamics within the country.
Here are 10 things that have happened after the tragedy that struck the nation on 14th February.
1. Congress Announced That It Will Stand By BJP Government
The main reason for these tragedies is to divide people. So, when people start caste and religion feelings inside the country, then the country becomes weak. That is why our ancient Indians said, “Stay united then no one can defeat us”. Seems the opposition party reminded this.
“This is a terrible tragedy. This type of violence done against the most important Indians, our soldiers, is absolutely disgusting. I want to make it very clear that the aim of terrorism is to divide this country and we are not going to be divided for even one second, no matter how hard people try,” Rahul Gandhi said.
Rahul Gandhi and his party announced that they would support the jawans and the government.
The Congress chief said, “This is a time of mourning. This is a time of respect. We are fully supporting the government and our security forces.
2. India Ensured The “Complete Isolation” Of Pakistan
India received an intelligence report that a Pakistani group was responsible for the incident that had led to the loss of over 40 brave soldiers. Soon after this, India decided that completely isolating Pakistan is the best way to curb them.
3. AICWA Banned Pakistani Artists
In the wake of the terror attack in Pulwama, the All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) has completely banned Pakistani artists working in Indian film industry.
4. No Bilateral Cricketing Ties Between India Pakistan
After the Pulwama incident, Indian Premier League (IPL) Chairman Rajeev Shukla made it clear that there would be no bilateral cricket ties between India and Pakistan.
Rajeev Shukla said, “Our position is very clear. Unless the government gives us nod, we are not going to play with Pakistan. Sports should be above all these things but if somebody is sponsoring terrorism, obviously it will affect sports also”.
5. India Withdraws Most Favoured Nation (MFN) Status From Pakistan
After the Pulwama attack, India withdrew its MFN status from Pakistan, which had been conferred in the year 1996. MFN means giving an international trade partner to enable non-discriminatory trade. To say more clear, it means providing concessions, privileges, and immunity in trade agreements.
