The brand’s premium foldable gadgets, TWS earbuds, and smartwatches were introduced during the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event. The eagerly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold 4, Z Flip 4, Buds 2 Pro, Watch 5, and Watch 5 Pro were unveiled at the virtual event. The brand wants to give its enormous customer base a seamless experience with its most recent offers—the new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor powers both of the aforementioned new smartphones.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4—an entirely new model—was the focal point of the Samsung event. The Z Fold 4 is the fourth generation of folding smartphones in the Z series and sports an impressive photography experience. It is apparently the most powerful smartphone made by Samsung.

A 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex Display and a 6.2-inch HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with up to 120Hz refresh rate are both included in the Galaxy Z Fold 4. The outside display has a 23.1:9 aspect ratio, while the primary display has a 21.6:18 aspect ratio. The thinner, more slimline design has a camera embedded beneath the display. Under the hood, the gadget is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

Storage And Pricing

There are three storage choices available for the device: 12GB RAM + 256GB, 12GB RAM + 512GB, and 12GB RAM + 1TB. The pricing of the premium smartphone has been revealed to start at USD 1,799, while the price for the Indian market has not yet been revealed (about Rs 1,42,700).

Camera

The gadget contains five cameras: three back cameras, an under-display lens, and one on-the-cover display. The 50MP primary sensor with dual-pixel autofocus and optical image stabilization is the focal point of the rear camera module. A 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 10MP telephoto lens are also included in the back camera module. The cover display contains a 10MP selfie camera, while the primary screen has a 4MP front camera.

Battery

The foldable gadget has two 4,400mAh batteries. The manufacturer states that the phone can charge up to 50% in 30 minutes.

The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC-powered Galaxy Z Flip 4 was also unveiled during the Galaxy Unpacked Event. The Galaxy Z Flip 3’s replacement has Armour Aluminium frames and an IPX8 grade for water resistance. The device’s main selling point is its FlexCam function, which automatically aligns apps to match the foldable screen.

Display

A 6.7-inch primary full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X infinity flex display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate is a feature of the gadget. A 1.9-inch Super AMOLED display serves as the secondary display.

Camera

The gadget has a dual camera configuration that includes a 12MP wide-angle camera in addition to a 12MP main camera. The smartphone’s foldable display is topped with a 10MP selfie camera.

Colors Available

The gadget is available in the colors Bora Purple, Graphite, Pink Gold, and Blue and has a starting price of USD 999 (about Rs 79,000).

Storage

Additionally, the smartphone comes with storage choices of 8GB RAM + 128GB, 8GB RAM + 256GB, and 8GB RAM + 512GB. The smartphone has OneUI 4.1.1 on top of Android 12.

The brand-new Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro have a fascinating look and a wide range of capabilities that are intended to improve life. Two sizes are available for the Galaxy Watch 5 series. The gadgets have health functions, including BioActive sensors, blood pressure, ECG monitoring, and SpO2 and stress level monitors.

Priced at USD 279 (about Rs. 22,100) for the Galaxy Watch 5 40mm Bluetooth edition and USD 329 for the LTE version, respectively (about Rs 26,000). The company has not released the price information for the bigger Galaxy Watch 5 – 44mm. The wearable gadget is available in graphite, pink, gold, silver, and silver colors. The bigger version of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 is available in Graphite, Sapphire, and Silver colors.

 

Galaxy Buds 2 Pro

The most recent Galaxy Buds 2 Pro include coaxial two-way speakers and 24-bit Hi-Fi audio capability. According to Samsung, high-end earphones can provide up to 29 hours of music playback. The TWS earbuds are available in the colors Graphite, White, and Bora Purple for a price of USD 229 (about Rs 18,000).
