6. Not Following Diet
Every human being loves to be healthy and slim. But most of the people fail to keep up that. If you have started some diet program then make sure that you stick to it. Overweight, burning stomach, knee pain, and back pain are common disorders even among youth. And these can be overcome with a proper healthy lifestyle. Why not give a try once?
7. Not Saying A Strong NO To Junk Food
I understand that you love street food more than home food. You could say me that you live far away from home and got accustomed to street food. Is it healthy food? I know you will say it’s not but we don’t have other option. In that case, why not replace street food with fruits and raw vegetables. You can think of nuts and honey. I am sure that having one small electric food processor will definitely fulfill your food purpose even if you are away from home. When you have will to do, you can definitely do. At least, you should stop giving lame excuses to yourself. After all its YOU who watches YOURSELF the most apart from God.
8. Not Spending Your Time With Nature
Traveling is fun and it reveals our true self. If you say me your daily travel, then perhaps I should say you should replace the term ‘travel’ with ‘journey’. Traveling is the one which can make yourself free from your regular office work and gadgets. Just one day in a week, plan for a small trip with your loved ones or I should say a solo trip. Nature gives the real healing if you look for relaxation and rejuvenation.
9. Not Saying NO To Procrastination
I know this is very difficult to give up. But when you think of procrastinating some task, just pose a question to yourself. For example, you want to complete some coursework and you are procrastinating. Then pose a question to yourself whether you are really interested in that course. If so, why you are not showing interest in completing that task? If not, then you should think of something which interest you and which will make you engage.
10. Stop Spending Money
Whenever you spend money, just take a minute and think whether you really need that. I will never say save everything. Without luxury, there is no fun and without saving money there is no life. Spend on the things which you really need. You will definitely feel proud when you see some saving amount in your bank after one year.
