This unexpected snowfall has made the tourist spots like Shimla, Kufri, and Kasauli into picturesque winter destinations. On December 9, Shimla records a minimum temperature of 2.5°C. Literally a freezing temperature! Other nearby regions Seobagh recorded 0°C, Bajaura 0.1°C, Manali 0.2°C, Kufri 0.4°C, Solan 0.5°C, and Una 1°C.

Higher-altitude regions in Lahaul-Spiti, Chamba, Kullu, Kinnaur, and parts of Shimla district continued to experience snowfall, and Jubbal and Kharapathar were covered with snow.
