Baby Doll singer Kanika Kapoor is tested positive for coronavirus. Kanika has given many famous songs like Baby Doll, Chittiyaan Kalaiyaan, etc. She has returned to Mumbai from London on March 9. After returning from London, Kanika Kapoor arrived a Lucknow last week. As per the sources, she did not inform the authorities about her travel history. She did not keep herself in isolation and stayed with her family members at Lucknow. She has attended several parties at Lucknow including the Holi festival that have more than 200 guests. Kanika Kapoor told,
“I was scanned at the airport as per normal procedure 10 days ago when I came back home, the symptoms have developed only 4 days ago. At this stage, I would like to urge you all to practice self-isolation and get tested if you have the signs,”
During her phone call with a leading news channel, she was seen complaining. Kanika Kapoor told, that she has not provided water and the doctor is threatening her that because of you and your irresponsibility, many people will suffer. She further said that she is anxious and feeling ok at the moment.
She has shared this information on her social media platform Instagram. In the post, she has written,
Hello everyone,
For the past 4 days I have had signs of flu, I got myself tested and it came positive for Covid-19. My family and I are in complete quarantine now and following medical advice on how to move forward. Contact mapping of people I have been in touch with is underway aswell. I was scanned at the airport as per normal procedure 10days ago when I came back home, the symptoms have developed only 4 days ago. At this stage I would like to urge you all to practice self isolation and get tested if you have the signs. I am feeling ok, like a normal flu and a mild fever, however we need to be sensible citizens at this time and think of all around us.
