You must have seen Sunil Chhetri’s heartfelt plea video asking fans to come to watch Indian Football matches in the stadium. It created a lot of stir and many famous sportsmen and celebrities also voiced in their opinions in support of Sunil Chhetri. And Sunil Chhetri’s plea actually worked out because the Intercontinental Cup match between India and Kenya at the Mumbai Football Arena was sold out! The Indian Football Captain is actually third on the list of highest active goal-scorers in International football with 59 goals. He comes after Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi. This match was Sunil Chhetri’s 100th and he scored his 60th goal in the match.

It was an easy win for India as they outclassed Kenya easily with 3-0. Sunil Chhetri scored two goals and Jeje scored one.
