Sometimes we experience unexpected situations. Some leave memories where as some leave dark marks. For this woman, it left a pleasant beautiful surprise.
There is no one in the world who doesn’t like surprises. It brings instant smile to one’s face.
But, what Paula Grzelak-Schultz received is more than a surprise.
Paula was left speechless after receiving a gratifying gesture showed to her by a restaurant she visited. Paula left her car parked outside the restaurant instead of driving it home at night.
When she came back to the spot the very next day to pick up her car, a surprise was in store for her. Paula was gifted a free coupon of chicken wings and also the management of the restaurant attached a ‘thank you note’ on the car’s windshield.
She was so delighted and posted the note on Facebook that she received from the restaurant. The post soon went viral earning more than 21,000 likes and 8000 shares.
Here’s what the note read:
“Dear Original Joe’s Sherwood Park Guest,
Just wanted to thank you for leaving your car parked overnight. I’m not sure if you had consumed alcohol at our restaurant or not, but we wanted to thank you for not drinking and driving. Enclosed is voucher good for 1lb of our delicious chicken wings. Please accept this as a thank you for being responsible. Life is valuable, have a great weekend.”
