There is no greatness in fulfilling one’s own dreams but the real happiness lies in fulfilling other’s dreams. Rahul Bodke from Nashik thought the same and wants to fulfill his father’s dream of representing India in WWE.
Bodke’s grandfather and father used to wrestle in their younger days. However, due to family responsibilities, Bodke’s father had to drive a taxi.
“I am hoping to become a WWE wrestler very soon, and plan on making my state and nation proud. I want to fulfill the dream my father once saw for himself,” said Bodke.
Now, Bodke is ready for the World Wrestling Entertainment try outs in the Dubai Opera who has been a champion in the ‘Maharashtra Kesari Kushti’ in 2014. He also won wrestling championship in Karnataka and ‘Hind Kesari’ championship in the country.
He said, "as a child I would love to wrestle in the mud. As I grew up I knew I was made for this, but had to do odd jobs to support the family. However, now that I know this is my calling, I want to pursue this and make everyone proud."
Let’s wish Bodke makes it to the WWE ring and make the country proud on a world platform. All the best Bodke
