If we see both of the displays technically, a 5.5 –inch Quad HD display has a pixel density of 538 ppi while a 5.5-inch Full-HD display has a pixel density of 400 ppi. Technically Quad HD displays are better. But we cannot spot the difference as the human eye cannot distinguish if pixel density is over 326 PPI.
