Mahua Moitra was sent a vacate notice and asked to leave her official residence in New Delhi within 30 days after she was found illegally using her powers to gain personal benefits. In a released statement, it has been alleged that she engaged in unethical practices related to parliament queries for which she receives financial favors from other parties to exchange information.

It is also said that from the coming reports, it’s true that Mahua Moitra has undoubtedly shared her Lok Sabha login details and credentials with Businessman Darshan Hiranandani to gain financial favors.

This is why she is considered “Guilty” for her unethical practices, for her financial gain and privileges provided to Lok Sabha members, and for the House’s disobedience to the House.

After the investigation done by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, the report of 500 pages was submitted on 9 November, asking for action against Mahua Moitra for her unethical conduct. To which Lok Sabha stated her act as “highly unethical conduct and heinous act. Mahua Moitra reached the Supreme Court to challenge her eviction from Lok Sabha regarding the Cash-to-query allegation.

On Friday, she stated that all of these alligators are merely done on ‘baseless facts’ and “A thought of revenge. Extending her statement further, she said she was not even allowed to speak during the entire discussion inside the Parliament House, and the Ethics company had broken every rule.

Trinamool leader read out her statement where Mahua Moitra had warned the (BJP) party, stating that “The Ethics company doesn’t hold the power to expel and this is only the beginning of BJP’s end.” extending her statement, she also stated that she will continue to fight with the BJP party outside the Parliament, whether it’s a gutter or Street,” said Mahua Moitra.
