New York-based AirHelp Inc. has recently unveiled its 2024 AirHelp Score report for the best and worst airlines of 2024. It evaluates the performance of airlines globally and determines the best and worst. The list includes customer claims, on-time performance, and customer satisfaction with food, comfort, and services offered by the crew from January to October. Tomasz Pawliszyn, the CEO of AirHelp, stated, that the rankings indicate the performance and incite them to pay attention to their clients. AirHelp Score has brought the list of the top 10 best and worst airlines of 2024 as per the AirHelp Score report.
Top 10 Best Airlines Of 2024
Brussels Airlines replaced Qatar Airways and became the best airline of 2024. Qatar Airways held the top position since 2018 until it was dislodged to the second place.
The third and fourth places were occupied by United and American Airlines, respectively. Here is the list of the top 10 best airlines of 2024.

Tunisair tops the chart of the AirHelp Score report for the year 2024 as the worst-performing in the world ranking 109. Buzz, a Polish low-cost airline, and Bulgaria Air also rank in the bottom 10 of the long-haul airline quality rankings alongside Tunisair.

Regarding the listed positions of the airlines, the Tunisian flag carrier, Tunisair, was rated as the worst airline this year with the 109th position out of 114. Other companies that made the bottom 10 are Buzz – a Polish airline, Bulgaria Air, Pegasus – an airline from Turkey, and Air Mauritius. India’s IndiGo Airlines has also been ranked among the world’s worst airlines in 2024. Indigo is ranked 103 out of 109 analyzed.
Other airlines on the list are Pegasus Airlines, Turkey, which has complaints of poor service and punctuality, and Air Mauritius which has also complained about problems that affect passengers and on-time performance. These and other lowly ranked testify to the difficulties the airline sector is experiencing and the areas that require changes to meet customer requirements.
