In an apparent and shocking incident, an emerging star, Crime Patrol, and Splitsvilla actor Nitin Chauhaan died at 35. His death has shocked the entire entertainment industry as well as his fans.

On November 7, 2024, Nitin was found dead in his apartment in Mumbai and the police have confirmed it as a case of suicide and are continuing their investigation. Nitin wife’s further revealed that Nitin had been a victim of severe depression due to his long struggle in his career life. His wife said that Nitin didn’t have any suitable work for the past three to four years, which took a toll on his mental health. He changed his business to making ice cream, but this shift did not suit him well and brought even more problems.

On the evening of November 6, Nitin’s wife and young daughter were out in the society garden. Upon their return, they found no response from him inside the apartment. They sought help from a neighbor for a spare key, but they could not enter as the door was latched from inside. Then, they forced open the door and were devastated to discover Nitin. Despite immediate efforts, including CPR, Nitin was unresponsive and was later declared dead at the hospital. His body was sent for an autopsy as part of the investigation.
