United States Warned Iran After Attack On Israel
In response to the attack, the US national security advisor, Jackes Sullivan, threatened Iran, saying that this was a major escalation on their part. President Joe Biden also said that agreeing to commit support for Israel and conforming to the military discussions between the two nations for deciding the appropriate response.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps said it was behind the attack that targeted Israeli military bases near Tel Aviv. Some Iranian officials said that further strikes by Israelis could result in even more missile attacks from Iran. On the other hand, Israeli officials continue to be sure about the defense and are developing the most important and chief strategy to respond to the attack. According to many journalists, Guy Nir, a spokesman for the Israeli embassy in India, said that Israel will respond but will not initiate a large-scale war against Iran but will attack the main Iranian asset.
Regional Tensions Escalated
The missile attack comes with rising tension in the region. Israeli forces recently conducted an operation in Southern Lebanon, targeting the leader for inflaming the situation. Over 1800 people have reportedly been killed since the conflict intensified earlier this month.
