Vikram Mastal is one of the action-packed actors in the Bollywood industry. He became vegetarian a year before. Vikram told about the remarkable changes he has seen in his body. He started his career in Television. He is known for his role as Lord Hanuman from the iconic Ramayan telecasted in NDTV Imagine. There are only a few people who played the role of Lord Hanuman with ease and Vikram is one of them. Vikram Mastal has also played the character of Balwinder Singh in 21 Sarfarosh: Saragarhi 1947. He made his debut in the movie Suspense and the way he performed in the movie is remarkable. Vikram has performed all the stunts and actions on his own. His new movie Sakshi is ready for release and soon will be released once the theatres reopen.

Vikram Mastal Vegetarian

There are many celebrities who have adopted a vegetarian diet. Sonu Sood and Shraddha Kapoor named Hottest Vegetarians 2020 by PETA India. Vikram Mastal became vegetarian last year. He talked about the transformation. Vikram also shared the kind of diet he takes to keep himself fit, Vikram Mastal really amazed us with his answer. He told,

“If we love nature, nature loves you. I became a pure vegetarian and I am amazed by the changes I have felt in my body. My body became more active and I feel more energetic.”

He is an animal lover and believes every living being has the right to live. According to Vikram,

“There is absolutely no need to harm animals as they also have equal rights to live. We often see chickens loaded in trucks and vans. The way they are loaded in jam-packed tempos is painful to see. Can you imagine if human beings are treated in the same way?”

Vikram Mastal is also a mountaineer. He is fit and enjoys a healthy lifestyle because of his vegetarian diet. According to him, it is a myth that you can’t build a body without non-vegetarian. He added,

“I have stopped taking the meal after 7 PM. It is a myth that non-vegetarian food is needed to build a body. I am not an only example, even Virat Kohli and WWE superstar Goldberg are pure vegetarian. I am a highly energetic person thinks if you have a pure vegetarian diet then you can change your life.”

Vikram Mastal also raised his concerns on going Bird Flu. He told,

“There are so many hens, ducks, chickens, and other animals lost their life because of Bird Flu. More than 5 lakh animals died due to this and the numbers are increasing daily. It is a better time we can adapt to a vegetarian diet and see the transformation on our body. A small change can make a huge difference. There are many countries in the world where people are adapting to a vegetarian diet. It is better for the animals, for the planet, and also for your health.”
