This chaotic situation happened in Kalina, Mumbai. A wave of job applicants is seen racing towards the interview facility in a video footage that has gone viral on the internet. In an attempt to get to the interview facility sooner, several are even seen scaling parked cars and trees. With 2,216 openings, more than 25,000 people applied, making it difficult for Air India employees to control the crowd of candidates. Air India conducted walk-in interviews for the position of handyman. Due to the lack of employment, many students holding BBA and BA degrees are ready to sit for the interview.
Thousands of people were seen moving and making noise outside the Mumbai airport in a viral video. The position of handyman attracted many job seekers. Airport baggage handlers often make between Rs 20,000 and Rs 25,000 per month. Some employees make over Rs 30,000 when they work overtime

Even though Prathameshwar is a second-year BBA student, he is prepared to put down his studies to get a job. An additional candidate from Alwar, Rajasthan, who holds an MCom degree, has also put himself forward for this position. He’s engrossed in studying for government tests, but he can’t help but be drawn in by the job’s supposed high salary.
The event happened after the stampede-like situation in Gujarat. 1,800 job seekers created chaos during a job fair in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. It pressure on the entry ramp to give way under the weight of eager applicants.
