Looking at the footage, it is clear that the woman, whose car number starts with ‘DL,’ which stands for New Delhi, was stopped by on-duty police. She becomes enraged with the police and begins to yell at them. The phrase “Bula traffic wale ko” (call the traffic police) may also be heard coming from her mouth. She is finally spotted getting into her vehicle. The person filming the video is not immediately apparent upon viewing the tape.
