Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma tied the knot on 11 December 2017 in Tuscany, Italy. The wedding was process was kept reticent until the couple announced it on Twitter. The wedding reception was held on Thursday at Taj Diplomatic Enclave in New Delhi. The event was full of celebrities including the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi. He gave his blessing to the newly wedded couple.
The Cricket Team And Bollywood Celebs Were Absent
Besides Narendra Modi, there were many other politicians. Moreover, many local cricketers were present at the reception. The entire team was absent the team was out of the country due to the India=Sri Lanka series. However, they are chances that they will attend the second reception. Which will be held in Mumbai on 26 December.
