Who knew Go-Karting could take a life? A 28-year-old Bathinda woman was killed after her hair got stuck in a wheel of a go-kart. Due to which it caused the tearing of her scalp off the head at an amusement park adjacent to Yadavindra Gardens in Pinjore on Wednesday afternoon.
On Wednesday afternoon, a freak accident left a 28-year-old Bathinda woman dead. She had a small son also.
What would have been a fun family vacation ended tragically when Puneet Kaur’s hair got entangled in the wheel of the go-kart she was sitting in, tearing her scalp off her head. It happened while she was go-karting with her husband.
Are Amusement Parks Safe?
The incident took place in an amusement park adjacent to Yadavindra Gardens in Pinjore. This incident is an eye-opener towards the carelessness the people and staff of these amusement parks do. They should give proper instructions of tying one’s hair or the person should not be allowed to go on a ride. Also, the people should be alert of their own safety. It is really a disheartening incident.
